| Is your multivitamin everything you hoped for. Do you take a once daily multi? Time to analyze your multivitamin. |

Multivitamins are not the same, just as herbs are not the same. Marketing has allowed most people to belive that a multivitamin only needs to be taken once daily and that the time of day does not matter. We want to encourage you to analyze your multi to determine if you need to make a change.
NaturalMed Herbals feels that there are many great multivitamins on the market. We want you to first take a look at your vitamins and the breakdown of the vitamins. Is your multi age specific or gender specific? Does it contain herbs that are essential for daily health?
These are all variables that should be considered while examining your multi. Now not all multivitamins need to be gender specific, since many spouses share a multi. Let us first examine the vitamin sources.
Vitamin A- We prefer to use the beta-carontene form.
Vitamin E- We prefer d-alpha tocopheryl.
Calcium- Citrate is one of the easieat forms for the body to absorb, but most multivitamins use a mixed variety.
Zinc- Chelated forms are prefered, but also gluconate is highly absorbed.
Selenium- Chelated forms are prefered |
